Weather you are an elite athlete or a couch potato, we all tend to share the same story. We are never skinny enough, fast enough, training hard or long enough. Before the sweat has time to dry, we are criticizing our workouts, describing how we could have done better. We see ourselves and our bodies through a lens of what is missing instead of what is great. With such a negative narrative, it is no surprise that so many continue to struggle with motivation and consistency.

WHAT YOU GET

  • Goal planning for daily workouts. All levels of fitness and capabilities will be accommodated.

  • 60 minute group coaching session weekly. Covering principles of Mindful Movement, Energy Leadership, Science of Happiness
