6-WEEK GROUP COACHING PROGRAM
Weather you are an elite athlete or a couch potato, we all tend to share the same story. We are never skinny enough, fast enough, training hard or long enough. Before the sweat has time to dry, we are criticizing our workouts, describing how we could have done better. We see ourselves and our bodies through a lens of what is missing instead of what is great. With such a negative narrative, it is no surprise that so many continue to struggle with motivation and consistency.
This program combines scientifically proven methods to increase happiness with mindful movement. You will gain new skills on how to cultivate a kind and loving relationship with yourself and your body. And be introduced to strategies to increase happiness and expand your social connections. Available for men and women 18 and older.
Weekly 90 minute Workout & Group Coaching Sessions

WEEKLY IN-PERSON GROUP SESSIONS
Each session includes:
45 minutes of physical movement (i.e. walk, hike, run, bike, light stretching, etc.). Movement is all we need and any level of experience and capabilities will be accommodated.
45 minutes of coaching covering principles of happiness and how to handle day-to-day obstacles that block our happiness
Discover tangible ways to create happiness habits thru weekly motivational assignments
Learn to create accountability for yourself and your new happiness tribe, supporting each other each step of the way
